Fundraising

Do you supply samples?

Yes, samples are FREE. However delivery charges are at the cost of the customer. Your Fete committee can see the our high quality showbags that are ideal for school fetes and fundraising! Upon ordering with Kids Showbags, your money for your "samples" is fully refunded towards your fundraiser. Contact us for more information!

Is there any minimum order?

YES, we have a MINIMUM ORDER TOTAL of 25 bags in total per order.
E.g: 5 Tunza, 5 Action, 15 Lollies = 25 showbags.

Does the price displayed include delivery?

Prices displayed do NOT include delivery. Shipping is EXTRA!

Are the showbags ready packed?

Yes, all packed and ready for fundraising.

When do we need to place an order? (Fundraising Orders)

Victorian schools, around 2 weeks prior your Fete or Fundraiser.
NSW, ACT, SA, TAS - 3 weeks.
WA, NT & QLD we require minimum 4 weeks.
Please Note: School fundraising orders NOT within the above ordering times may NOT be accepted!

How much is freight?

This depends on your location and the quantity of bags ordered. We're happy to provide a quotation on shipping, just contact us. For more information visit our freight section.

How long does it take for our order to arrive? (See freight section)

Usually around 1 -2 weeks depending on your location, from the time of ordering. We aim to have orders delivered around 1 week prior your school fete or fundraiser.

How will my order be delivered?

Most orders ship via Australia Post direct to your school during normal business hours. All cartons are clearly marked with "quantities" and "varieties" of bags.

When do we need to pay you?

We offer 14 days credit to "Australian registered schools" for the purpose of fundraising, all other orders are prepaid.  An invoice is posted direct to the school.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all prices displayed include GST.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank cheques, money orders, direct deposit and the following credit cards - Master Card and Visa. Please Note: Bank cheques and Money Orders to be made payable to "www.kidsshowbags.com.au" and in $AUD.

How many showbags should we order?

This will depend on how big your school is ? How big the fete will be & promoted? Have you held a school fete or sold SHOWBAGS before? As a rough guide, 1 bag per student at the school.

1: Through experience we recommend schools record sales. This way you will at least have some data on showbag sales for years to come, based on the size of your school. You could then alter quantities as required for next time, that's smart fundraising!

2: If in doubt, order less.

How much should we sell the bags for?

As a guide, most of our fundraisers set a successful selling price from $6.00 - $8.00 providing a great profit back to their school.

1: You could also offer them in bulk lots for larger families with multiple kids, 3 for $15.

Online Shopping and Internet security

How do I purchase online?

1. Browse our product range and enter your quantity beside the products you wish to purchase. Then click the "buy" button
2. Click on your corresponding "prices button" ie: Australian Prices in $AUD including GST or International Prices button for oversees customers. This will default to "Aust Prices" automatically, so for Aussie customers this will be done for you.
3. Confirm your quantities, products and click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button
4. Enter all your contact, delivery, required date and payment details accurately.
5. Upon completion of checkout, print off and keep your online order confirmation for your records.
6. You will also receive an email confirming your online order & invoice number.
7. Allow 1 -2 days processing of your order, credit card orders are despatched next business day.
8. Your order will be shipped to your delivery address, allow 2 -3 business days to most metropolitan areas around Australia and 4 - 5 business days for remote locations. For more information on delivery times, see freight.

What credit card security do you have?

Our transaction server uses industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Secure page addresses begin with "https" instead of just "http".  After proceeding through to "checkout", you'll also see a closed padlock in your browser's status bar (lower right corner in Internet Explorer). This is your assurance that you've established a secure session.

I have added items to the shopping cart but they do NOT appear there?

Please note you MUST cookies enabled. If you have added items to the cart, but they don't appear there, it is likely you have cookies disabled in your browser. You will need to enable cookies in your browser order to use our shopping cart facility.

However you may still place an order by fax, mail or phone

Do you have a safe shop listing?

Kids Showbags online store has a Shop Safe listing under Party Shops, Toy Shops and All Shop Directories. The Shop Safe logo only links to their "Home Page", you then need to click through via the link " see more safe shops in the ShopSafe Shopping Directories. E.g.
