Fundraising
Do you supply samples?
Yes, samples are FREE.
However postage and handling fees apply at the cost of the customer. Your Fete committee can see our high quality showbags, that are perfect for school fetes and fundraising! Contact us for more information!
Is there any minimum order?
Yes we have a minimum order total of 25 bags. This can be split across our range however eg 5 Tunza Fun, 5 Action Heroes, 15 Lollies Galore = 25 Total

Does the price displayed include delivery?
Prices as displayed do not include delivery. Shipping nationally is via Fastway Couriers and tracking numbers will be provided upon despatch.
Are the showbags ready packed?
All showbags are packed and ready for sale.
When do we need to place an order? (Fundraising Orders)?
We recommend that you order your kids showbags as far in advance of your fundraiser as possible however below are some indicitave worst case turnaround times. Ordering showbags and lucky dips prior to this will guarantee that you have your requirements in time for the big event.

Please Note: School fundraising orders not within the above ordering times may be delivered in time. If possibel however we will always use best effort to ensure that you will get an order on time regardless.
How much is freight?
This depends on your location and the quantity of bags ordered. We're happy to provide a quotation on
shipping, just contact us. For more information visit our

How long does it take for our order to arrive?
Usually around 1 -2 weeks depending on your location, from the time of ordering. We aim to have orders delivered around 1 week prior your school fete or fundraiser.
How will my order be delivered?
Most orders ship via Fastway Couriers (www.fastway.com.au) which includes liability cover and online track and trace facilities.
When do we need to pay you?
Payment is required prior to the despatch of your order.
Do your prices include GST?
All advertised prices are inclusive of GST where it is applicable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank cheques, money orders, direct deposit
and the following credit cards - Master Card and Visa.
Please Note: Bank cheques and Money Orders to be made payable to "Kids Showbags" and in $AUD.
Please Note: All CREDIT CARD payments - will incur a 3% Surcharge to the total shown on your order. This is added manually after ordering!
How many showbags should we order?
This will depend on the size of your school is ? How big the fete will be & promoted? Have you held a school fete or sold SHOWBAGS before? As a rough guide, 1 bag per student at the school.
1:Through experience we recommend schools record sales. This way you will at least have some data on showbag sales
for years to come, based on the size of your school. You could then alter quantities as required for next time, that's smart fundraising!
2:If in doubt, order less.
Returns Policy - We are unable to accept returns on unsold left over showbags or luckydips. See policy on

How much should we sell the bags for?
As a guide, most of our fundraisers set a successful selling price for showbags from $6.00 - $8.00 providing a great profit back to their school.
You could also offer them in bulk lots for larger families with multiple kids, 3 for $20.

Do your lucky dips come wrapped?
No, lucky dips come as supplied by the manufacturer.
How do I purchase online?
1. Browse our product range and enter your quantity beside the products you wish to purchase. Then click the "buy" button

2. Confirm your quantities, products and click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button 
3. Enter all your contact, delivery, required date and payment details accurately.
4. Upon completion of checkout, print off and keep your online order confirmation for your records.
5. You will also receive an email confirming your online order & invoice number.
6. Allow 1 -2 days processing of your order, credit card orders are despatched next business day.
7. Your order will be shipped to your delivery address, we will send you an email containing tracking information and estimated delivery time.
What credit card security do you have?
Our transaction server uses industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Secure page addresses begin with "https" instead of just "http". After proceeding through to "checkout", you'll also see a closed padlock in your browser's status bar (lower right corner in Internet Explorer). This is your assurance that you've established a secure session.

I have added kids showbags to the shopping cart but they do not appear there?
In order for the Kids Showbags website to function correctly you need to have cookies enabled. You will need to enable cookies in your browser order to use our
shopping cart facility and order showbags.
However you may still place an order by fax, mail or phone if preferred 
Do you have a safe shop listing?
Kids Showbags online store has a Shop Safe listing under Party Shops, Toy Shops and All Shop Directories. The Shop Safe logo only links to their "Home Page", you then need to click through via the link see more safe shops in the ShopSafe Shopping Directories. E.g.
